3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are not considered complete until payment is successfully processed.

Processing time is typically 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination. Studio 11 Creations is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or other carriers.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns once items have been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
