We ship handmade soaps and skincare products from North Carolina to customers within the United States.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays or high‑volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship using:
- USPS
- UPS
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Estimates
Typical delivery times:
- USPS First Class: 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
- UPS Ground: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
4. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as “delivered”
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If your package is lost, contact the carrier with your tracking number.
